To allow the club to review and confirm your order, please complete the order form below for your team.

The club shall review your required items and once we are able to confirm the details, we will email your sponsor(s) an invoice which includes an option to pay using a debit or credit card, or alternatively via PayPal. We will also request a vector image for transfer to the shirts.

These items are personalised with the Lydney Town crest, player initials and the sponsors logo, all available in both junior and adult sizes.
