Lydney Town AFC Youth provide football to children of all ages and abilities. Aligned to the Player Pathway, we deliver age appropriate training in a safe environment, supporting long term development.

This journey will see your child build and progress their learning and development as they head towards the adult version of the game. Our aim is to get local children to reach their maximum potential, enabling them to play at the highest level they can.

As a 3 Star Accredited Club, we create opportunities for everyone to experience and enjoy the game we all love.

Lydney Lions provide a FREE fun and safe environment for children to begin their love of football while developing key movement and social skills along the way.

Offering the complete player pathway, we are a 3* Accredited Club, preparing young players for the transition to Lydney Town AFC and the open game.

The pathway for the under 18’s coincides with the transition into senior football. This also provides opportunities to sign for Lydney Town AFC.
